“My sister and I started doing partner sessions with Gogo initially as a way for us to bond while being active. Neither of us had much experience in a gym, but Gogo’s clear passion for fitness gave us the motivation to learn. We took Gogo’s Learn to Lift program and followed her meal plans together. At our 8-week weigh-in we were each down more than 10lbs. All of Gogo’s sessions are fun and challenging.”
