Personal Training

  • Arrive up to 5 minutes before your session start time to settle in.

  • Bring a refillable water bottle to every session.

  • When you arrive, please leave outside shoes at the front door and change into clean, dry indoor athletic footwear.

  • Sessions include warm-up and stretch. If you require additional time please pre-arrange with your trainer to avoid interruption of other scheduled sessions.

  • Sessions start and end on schedule. Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time.

  • Pets and children are not permitted in the studio.

Payment Policy

  • 5% GST is applied to all transactions.

  • Credit card or package on file is charged at the end of each session.

  • Prepaid packages must be paid for before any packaged sessions can be redeemed.

  • We operate using paperless administration and transactions. Receipts are delivered via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations for any reason with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee. Charges will be applied to either credit card or package on file.

  • To cancel with less than 24-hour notice, e-mail your trainer directly.

  • To cancel with more than 24-hour notice, login to your Jane account and cancel or reschedule as needed.

  • Repeat short-notice cancellations may result in forfeiture of upcoming scheduled sessions.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our services and trainers. In any case where a client is dissatisfied with their service they can share their experience or request a refund using our Client Care Form.

Discounted special offers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
