Training

• Clients are asked to arrive for their session on time with clean indoor athletic footwear and a reusable water bottle.

• Late arrivals end at the scheduled time.

• For safety clients are asked not to bring pets or children in to the training studio.

Payment Policy

• 5% GST is applied to all transactions.

• Credit card or package on file is debited at the end of each session.

• We operate using paperless administration and transactions. Receipts are delivered via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

• Training sessions can be cancelled online free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hour cancellation notice results in forfeiture of session fee. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged to credit card or package on file.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our services and trainers. In any case where a client is dissatisfied with their service they can share their experience or request a refund using our Client Care Form.

Discounted special offers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
