Learn and develop healthy habits and journal your new habits to complete each challenge. Choose any journal (digital or copy) and spend about 15 minutes each night journaling your daily habits. Complete bingo challenges in columns or rows and earn 10 personal training dollars per completed row. Challenge runs January 1st-31st, 2023.
Training dollars can be applied toward personal training sessions, training bundles or online exercise programs between February 16 and May 31, 2023.
Seeing triple? Each of the eight challenges is on the board in three different spaces, giving you the chance to complete each challenge three times to earn all three spaces. Pro tip: Create a fitness schedule that allows you to do each of the eight challenges once per week to stay on top of it.
An activity can only count toward one challenge. ie: if you complete a 45-minute high intensity weight workout you can count it toward a cardio challenge or a weight training challenge, not both. Full board can be completed once per person for up to 100 training dollars.
You can choose any journal you prefer to use but you must be able to present your journal to your trainer to verify challenge completions and receive training dollars.
Do any of these habits not resonate with you? Email us (hello@tightbody.ca) with an alternate habit that better fits your goal. Alternates require approval to count toward training dollars.
Training dollars are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. Training dollars earned from this challenge expire May 31st, 2023.
